Set in the quiet residential bay of Baia Azzurra, on the stretch of coast that runs from Cagliari down towards Villasimius, this villa sits five minutes’ walk from the beach and a short drive from both. The garden falls away in terraces of bougainvillea and oleander towards a private pool, with the breaking waves of the gulf within earshot.
Inside, the house was rebuilt with care: bespoke murals by a local artist, lime-washed walls, a high-end kitchen opening onto the veranda, and three bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Meals are taken outside, under the veranda, with the sea in view and the sunsets that have made this coast famous.

A house built for the summer, and it invites you to use every one of its rooms and all of its facilities — the pool, the veranda, the garden at the end of the day. We have always appreciated a holiday house that is well appointed and well stocked, and we now offer an extensive range of features, utilities and amenities ourselves.
The pool. It is open from May to October and it is not fenced. Children must be supervised at all times, and we ask you to keep the noise down after dark out of consideration for the neighbours.
Travelling with young children. There is no cot and no high chair. Talk to us before you book and we will tell you honestly whether the house suits your family.

A car is useful but not essential: the beach is a five-minute walk, and there is private parking on site with a charger for an electric car, free to use. Cagliari and its airport lie to one side, the beaches of Villasimius to the other, each about twenty minutes away — which is the point of this stretch of coast. Supermarkets and restaurants are a few minutes’ drive.

Good to Know
Bed linen and towels for every guest. Air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine, iron and hairdryer. Private parking on site with an electric-car charger, free to use, an outdoor shower by the pool, and a barbecue and dining table under the veranda.
Tourist tax included. The tassa di soggiorno set by the Comune di Quartu Sant’Elena is already in the nightly rate. There is nothing to pay on arrival.
The use of the house and everything in it. Appliances, kitchen equipment, hairdryer, toiletries, toilet paper, the speaker — all of it is there for you.
Beach and pool towels. Please use those rather than the bathroom towels by the water.
Final cleaning. €200 per stay, added to your booking total — the house is cleaned before you arrive.
A mid-stay clean. €200 per stay, on request — a full clean partway through your stay, with fresh bed linen and fresh towels for everyone. Add it when you book, or ask us once you are here.
Not included: beach service at the nearby beaches, sunbeds and parasols.
The pool is private and for the exclusive use of guests. The nearest beach is a five-minute walk from the gate. The villa is let in its entirety — house, garden and pool — with no shared areas.
The pool is open from May to October. You may use it at any hour, including after dark, provided noise is kept down out of consideration for the neighbours. Children must be supervised at all times.

Cagliari-Elmas is the nearest airport, with direct flights from most of Europe in season. Car hire is available at the airport, and we recommend it: the coast road towards Villasimius is one of the finest drives on the island.
Minimum stay. Three nights from November to mid-April, four nights in spring and autumn, and seven nights in July and August.
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. Other times can usually be arranged if you tell us in advance.
Pets are not permitted. Smoking outside only. Parties and events are not permitted.
A €500 pre-authorisation is held on your card shortly before arrival and released after departure. No money is taken.
