To the Sea
A detached villa in a quiet bay, with a stone wall, a gravel drive and the sea just down the road.
Arrival
A gate leads into the grounds, opening on the house and the barbecue area. Beside the barbecue you will find the EV charger — tell us if you would like to use it.
Open and white, with a blue arch at the heart of it and doors standing open to the veranda.
Lounge · Dining
Lovingly decorated and furnished, with a fold-out sofa bed, a fireplace, and a dining table that opens to seat up to eight.
Kitchen
Well equipped, with a peninsula that doubles as a breakfast bar: oven and microwave, electric cooktop, a large fridge and a coffee maker. It opens straight onto the Veranda.
Circulation
A sea-blue staircase rises to the upper hall, beautifully painted, which gives onto every room on that floor.
The outside is the garden, the generous veranda, and a further seating area at the back for when the front is no longer in shade.
Grounds
The house is surrounded by garden on all four sides, with paths running front to back on either side. Lush and tropical: palms, bougainvillea and cactus.
Pool
A private pool for your own use, with sun beds and an outdoor shower. The pool and the garden light up beautifully after dark.
Terrace · Dining
A large roofed terrace wraps around the front of the house, with a dining table and several sitting areas. It looks out over the pool and opens from both the kitchen and the living room.
Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and its own way out of doors.

Tastefully decorated, with a large armoire, opening onto the wrap-around balcony and its view of the sea.

The largest of the three, with its own bathroom, lovingly appointed with art and a locally woven carpet. There is a desk for the occasional morning of work.

This downstairs bedroom, reached from the Living Room, has its own bathroom, direct access to the back garden, and the television.
